Qualifications:
- Organize, supervise and control the execution of Electrical & Instrument activities, overseeing the availability of the construction materials and equipment and verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and schedule.
- Install various types of cable plant including cable trays, supports erection, cable pulling and cabling terminations.
- Supervise pulling activities (all types of cables)
- Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures
- Reporting to the construction manager
- 6 Years minimum of knowledge and experience in the following fields:
- Installation of cable trays, cable laying, cable connection, cable ends…
- Installation of LV & MV switchboards
- Installation of HV equipment (Circuit breakers, Disconnecting switches, Surge arresters,…)
- Installation of equipment (switchyard, transformers, busbars, circuit breaker...)
- English imperative. A second language would be appreciated

Qualifications:
- Ensure compliance with all rules and health & safety and environmental protection
- Provide proactive support on all technical aspects of installation works on centerline components performed by subcontractors.
- Monitor the time schedule and deadlines, and report on the status of field erection progress to Mechanical site manager.
- Induct and instruct all contractors before they begin work, and coordinate their actions.
- Provide technical support for workers.
- Ensure on-time completion of handover to commissioning team and Erection and Commissioning Manual documentation.
- BSc Mechanical Engineering
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Min. 5+ years work experience (on installation of rotating equipment)
- Excellent leading, collaboration and problem solving skills, abilty to transfer knowledge.

IEPC Energy is a Swiss company providing specialized services to clients in the energy sector. We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to work on various international projects.
Qualifications:
- Review schedule with partner and anticipate construction sequence issues to develop contingency plans.
- Audit & select installation companies; participate in technical clarification meeting with partner’s installation companies.
- Represent Customer installation as the senior Customer Construction manager, responsible for the qualification, coverage & budget optimization for customer scope of supply equipment installation.
- Lead material control manager to ensure that logistic, boxes inventory follow installation schedule; Ensure material site storage requirement are met.
- Review civil work execution plan to ensure it support installation schedule; Verify civil work execution of main pedestal.
- Attend / facilitate partner’s installation coordination meeting at site and report to site supervision team.
- Focal point in “coordination” with other disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, BOP...).
- Interface, schedule & manage erection teams at site.
- Ensure technical & quality requirements specified in the Customer contract are delivered.
- Report construction progress & issues to Site Manager.
- Drive systems completion with minimum of re-work and punch list item before transfer to commissioning; define priorities with commissioning manager.
